Strawberry Graham Cheesecake

a warm browned butter vanilla base loaded with freeze dried strawberries, white chocolate chips & Graham cracker mixed into the dough. Stuffed with my signature sweet cheesecake filling and rolled in more Graham crackers! It tastes like that classic New York cheesecake with the strawberry jam on top but in cookie form!
